Potential Drawbacks

Even the most advantageous software may come with some drawbacks.
Here are some of them. 

• If users in your online meeting don’t have a lot of bandwidth, the call conference can become slow for everyone involved. Web conferencing is only beneficial if all users avail of broadband connections.

• Arguments and can flare up over a simple misinterpretation of words. In a conference, unless equipped with VoIP, the meaning of what is on the shared screen can be hard to decipher.

• Presentation materials, product and software demonstrations may also be a target for lack of security, although many reliable web conference vendors should have no problems with this.
