In web-conferencing, it offers real-time viewing and modification of data that is shared throughout the internet. No special software is needed for members of a team to view a document even in different locations.

What are the minimum system requirements for web-conferencing?
Here are some basics: you must have a 56kbps internet connection, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (although most web-conferencing software can run on other browsers as well), a Windows 98 or higher operating system, 128 RAM, at least 5MB worth of free space in your computer.

Will the software work any kind of web browser?
While there is no software that you have to install, you have to check whether the browser you use is compatible with your web-conferencing software. Perform a simple browser check.
